POLICY POINTS • All bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance. • Deposits are required to secure all bookings. • One reschedule is allowed per booking. After the first reschedule, a new deposit is required. • Sessions start at the scheduled booking time whether you are present or not. • If you arrive late, you do not receive additional time. • Additional studio time must be purchased if more time is needed than the originally scheduled booking and is subject to availability. • Clients who do not arrive within the first 10 minutes may have their session cancelled without refund. • Sessions 4 hours or longer require at least 50% payment upfront. • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the session qualify for a refund minus a $20 reservation fee. • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session are non-refundable. • Mixing and mastering services include 2 free revisions. Additional revisions are billed separately. • Bring a flash drive or ensure your files are transferred before leaving. • Session files may be deleted after your session ends. • SKM Studios HTX is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, abandoned, or unclaimed files. • Clients are responsible for all guests they bring. • Clients are financially responsible for damages caused by themselves or their guests. • Illegal activity, threats, violence, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund. • Please clean up after yourself and your guests. • SKM Studios HTX reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary.

A $20 reservation fee will be deducted from that refund. SKM Studios HTX is not responsible for any files that were left on the computer, after your studio session, all files will be deleted from the computer Please arrive on time.
