Policy
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall aBy booking a session with SKM Studios HTX, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:nd narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.
1.ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIREMENT
• All sessions must be booked at least two (2) hours in advance.
2.DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
• A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
• Sessions are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
3.RESCHEDULING POLICY
• Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule per booking.
• After the first reschedule, a new booking and new deposit will be required.
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to Studio availability.
4.CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• Cancellations must be made at least two (2) hours before the scheduled session start time to qualify for a refund.
• A $20 reservation fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
• Cancellations made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled session start time are non-refundable.
5.LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
• Your session begins at the scheduled booking time regardless of arrival time.
• No additional time will be provided for late arrivals.
• If additional time is needed, it must be purchased separately and is subject to Studio availability.
• Clients who do not arrive within the first ten (10) minutes may have their session cancelled without refund.
6.PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Sessions four (4) hours or longer require at least fifty percent (50%) of the total session balance to be paid
upfront.
• Remaining balances are due before the conclusion of the session unless otherwise approved by Studio
management.
7.MIXING & MASTERING REVISIONS
• Mixing and mastering services include two (2) complimentary revisions.
• Additional revisions will be billed separately.
8.FILE STORAGE & SESSION DATA
• Clients are responsible for bringing a flash drive or ensuring all files are transferred before leaving the Studio.
• SKM Studios HTX is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, abandoned, or unclaimed session files.
• Session files may be deleted from Studio systems after the session has concluded.
9.STUDIO TIME EXTENSIONS
10.GUEST POLICY
• Additional studio time must be purchased if more time is needed than the originally scheduled booking.• Additional time is subject to Studio availability and is not guaranteed.
11.PROPERTY DAMAGE
• Clients are responsible for the conduct of all guests they bring to the Studio.
• SKM Studios HTX reserves the right to limit or refuse entry to excessive guests at its discretion.
12.ILLEGAL ACTIVITY & SAFETY
• Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to Studio equipment or
property.
• Illegal activity, violence, threats, harassment, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
• SKM Studios HTX reserves the right to immediately end any session without refund if such conduct occurs.
13. ENGINEER REQUESTS
• Specific engineer requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
14. CLEANLINESS
• Please clean up after yourself and your guests before leaving the Studio.
• Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional fees.
15.RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
• SKM Studios HTX reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary to protect staff, clients,
equipment, property, or business operations.
